WHO WE ARE

​

Founded in 2004, Balletiquette Dance Theatre Company (BDTC) was created as a way to showcase our dancers, serve our community, and provide meaningful performance opportunities beyond the classroom.

​

For more than 20 years, BDTC has brought dancers to the stage in productions including The Nutcracker, Giselle, Coppélia, Les Sylphides, and more.

​

Rooted in youth and now welcoming dancers of all ages, our philosophy has remained the same: turning ordinary dancers into extraordinary dancers through professional technical training, artistic development, and the experience of live performance.

OUR MISSION

At BDTC, we believe quality training, meaningful performance opportunities, and a supportive community should be accessible to everyone.

​

We strive to provide professional technical training in a caring, warm, nurturing, and encouraging environment; promote healthy attitudes toward oneself, personal growth, and accomplishment; and welcome all humans regardless of age, race, or creed.

Above all, we believe every dancer deserves the opportunity to experience the stage.

Through rehearsals and productions, dancers learn commitment, collaboration, artistry, professionalism, and the joy of bringing a performance to life.

Help Us Keep the Arts Accessible

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Balletiquette Dance Theatre Company relies on the support of our community to help bring our productions to life.

​

Donations help offset theatre rentals, costumes, sets and scenery, props, production expenses, scholarships, community performances, and the many costs involved in creating meaningful opportunities for our dancers.

​

Every contribution helps us continue to train, encourage, inspire, and perform.
