Pilates Mat & Reformer Classes

Mat classes are a great way to learn the fundamental principles of the Pilates method. Pilates is a full body-conditioning program comprised of a series of designed movements performed on a mat and/or on specific apparatus. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, balance, control and muscular symmetry. The rhythmic exercises promote elongated and toned muscles, and are noted for developing abdomen, lower back and buttocks strength, and create a strong body core.

The Reformer repertoire challenges students through a specific sequence of exercises designed to engage the mind and the entire body. As one of only four students, you will receive individual guidance as you progress toward strength, flexibility, control and endurance.

Balletiquette Dance Theatre Company Inc.
Non Profit

As a way to showcase and serve the community Balletiquette created a non-profit performing company, Balletiquete Dance Theatre Company, in 2004. Every year we perform a school show in locations across the San Diego County. Our repertoire includes Giselle, Copellia, The Nutcracker, Le Sylphide, and many more. Balletiquette Dance Theatre Co.'s background has been rooted in the youth, providing performance opportunities for young children, turning ordinary dancers into extraordinary dancers!

Performing Company
Balletiquette Dance Theatre Company (BDTC) offers our younger students the opportunity to experience what it's like to be a professional dancer. As a company member, dancers learn to work in an environment with higher expectations and a more performance based setting than the average academy program. Students engage in rigorous rehearsals with the reward of year round performance opportunities. We normally meet only once a week during the fall semester and twice during the winter semester.
