School Training Program 
GOALS: To develop proper posture, correct body placement, alignment, muscular control and musicality
- Each student is #1
- Ears are up and back on the shoulders
- Energy goes up the Back of the neck, down the face
- Shoulders and ribs are relaxed and down
- Energy goes up the front of the body and down the back
- Hips are lined up with the ribs and over the toes
- Energy goes up the back of the legs and down the front of the legs
- You push the floor and roll up off you heels
- You’re always ready to rise and move without falling forward
- Each student understand correct turn-out, from the hips, knees & toes in line
- Each student knows how to shift weight and balance on one leg
- Each student knows how to listen to and move, with the music.
Expectations: Once these goals are met the student will be able to properly demonstrate ballet movements and combined movements using correct body placement, muscular control and musicality.
Each student progresses at his/her own pace based on training, natural skills and desire.

| Ballet Company (invitation only) This level is "invitation only" aspiring students will be chosen to participate in this group.

| Hip-Hop Hip-Hop is offered for kids ages 7 - 13

| Jazz Jazz dance is offered for kids 6 - 13

Tap Tap dance is offered for ages 4 - 9.
